Burst!

by Dawson Martin
(USA)

THIS EFFECT SHOULD BE PERFORMED VERY CAREFULLY AND ONLY BY AN ADULT.

THE EFFECT: You walk up to a person and say you have something in your eye. You get a fork from your pocket and start playing around with it near your eye.

Suddenly it looks like you have stabbed your eye as white liquid sprays out! The audience freaks! You remove your hands a few seconds later to show all is OK.

THE SECRET: Get a little cup of coffee cream and make a fist. Place the cream upside down in the fist (You can get these at some fast food restaurants).

Start by showing the fork and kind of playing with it near your eye (be very careful!). When you are ready bring your fist up over your eye and pierce the coffee cream in the lid with the fork. The cream should be hidden in your hand.

As you pierce the cream squeeze it hard so that the cream sprays real good. Spectators will think you have popped your eyeball!

While they are freaking out take the cream now empty and get rid of it, in a pocket or somewhere.

WARNING: BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU HAVE THE FORK CLOSE TO YOUR EYE. YOU DO NOT WANT TO ACTUALLY POKE YOUR EYE OUT!

Before doing this trick make sure nobody is anywhere NEAR a phone. Otherwise you could get arrested for a false 9-1-1 call.
