Cut & Restored Rope

THE EFFECT: The magician shows an ordinary piece of rope and some scissors. The rope is cut in half and the two halves are tied together. The magician has restored the rope, but this is cheating some what. So the magician proceeds to remove the knot right off the rope leaving one long restored piece once again.
