Coin Through Tic Tac Box

THE EFFECT: The magician borrows a penny then shows an empty Tic Tac box. The magician takes the penny and then slams it right through Tic Tac box. Everything is then examined.


THE SECRET: All you need for this trick is two pennies and an empty Tic Tac box. First you must secretly prepare by putting one penny into the top portion of the Tic Tac box. Close it with the penny jammed in it. (It must be on the tip and the sticker will also need to be there to hide the penny) You are now ready.


Show the Tic Tac box. Grab your second penny (or borrow one). Now all you have to do is slam the penny onto the Tic Tac box and the one inside will fall down and look as if it went through. Hide the other penny that is outside in your hand. You can then pass the Tic Tac box around for the spectators to examine. While they are doing this get rid of the coin.
