Stickyman Card Trick

THE EFFECT: A stick figure is drawn on a piece of paper and then burnt by the magician. The same figure is seen on the back of a spectator's chosen card!

THE SECRET: You actually force the card and the stick figure is already drawn on the back of it.

Start with the card to be forced on the bottom of the deck. Shuffle the deck keeping the bottom card where it is. Now give the cards a cut so the force card is in the middle of the deck but secretly insert your pinky finger right there to mark the position.

Your spectator should not notice the finger break. Riffle through the deck slowly and ask the spectator to say stop. Where ever they say stop break the deck at the pinky break. Remove the top half of the deck and turn it over to show the card, ask the spectator to remember it. Then put the deck back together again.

Now take some paper and a pencil then draw a figure of a stick man and name it "Stickyman". Say something like this "I will not find your card, neither will you. This Stickyman will find it!". Now carefully burn the paper. Take the deck and begin to deal down the cards. When you come to the stickyman place that card down on the table away from the other cards.

Turn the card over to show it's the spectator's card - AMAZING!
