Not Fair!

Hi YouTube,

This guy does NOT deserve to be banished without a valid explanation. It's just not fair! Please, give this guy back his YouTube channel. From what I have seen the last year or so, it has been his passion to 'share'. Isn't that why YouTube was first formed?
